I recently needed to have a vertebral synovial cyst removed. I chose Dr. Buonocore to perform the surgery and am quite happy with both the result as well as the care I received from this wonderful physician. He is not only skilled as a surgeon, he is a compassionate and caring person who takes the time to listen to his patients, both pre and post operatively. His staff is competent, polite and accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have spinal surgery.
