The Wal-Mart of fertility clinics. They just churn and burn, treat patients like cattle, and cruelly deliver terrible news without any notice. I can't communicate enough how awful this place is. I read all the reviews and cried because they are so true. Nobody prepares you for infertility, and for a clinic to take advantage of so many patients is horrible. I was a victim of RMANJ's money-grabbing patient care, and now I am dealing with the emotional and financial toll of being involved in a fertility scam. What a pompous jerk. This doctor makes you feel like he is doing a favor by even talking to you. After insisting that IVF was my only option, I literally never saw him again. He pawned me off on to multiple other doctors, none of who actually did my surgery. I have seen so many people there, I don't even know who was in charge of me. This was the most disappointing experience of my life, and made worse by having no contact with Dr. Scott after he deemed me infertile and sent me off to his minions. Stay away from this place. Very impersonal service. Purely an assembly line operation. The staff is totally overworked and treat you like a number. Terrible experience.
