My dad passed away two weeks ago and I’ve been calling his doctors and cancelling any appointments. Apparently, he had “no-showed” the day before I called (he “no-showed” because he DIED) and they still sent a bill for $75 for the no show fee, even though I called them and told them he passed away. They might be great doctors but with the lack of empathy and only caring about the bottom line, I would steer clear of this office.
This clinic has poor customer service. They are uninformed on state regulations regarding medical billing. They will interrupt you and make you out to be a bad guy before they listen and acknowledge a plea for help.
Thank you Dr. Mahon and Staff. Every time I come here, you all provide such exceptional service. I’m so happy I found this place!

Staff was incredibly rude, I called to make an appointment because I was just released from the hospital and the staff proceeded to tell me that I had already missed an appointment that I NEVER MADE nor was aware of and was told that I had a fee to pay before I could even see the Dr, mind you I was just released from the hospital from having pneumonia and fluid in my lungs. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening.
