Thank you Dr. Mahon and Staff. Every time I come here, you all provide such exceptional service. I’m so happy I found this place!
Staff was incredibly rude, I called to make an appointment because I was just released from the hospital and the staff proceeded to tell me that I had already missed an appointment that I NEVER MADE nor was aware of and was told that I had a fee to pay before I could even see the Dr, mind you I was just released from the hospital from having pneumonia and fluid in my lungs. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening.
Primero no hablo inglés. El Dr Richard Mahon es buen médico pero la persona que atiende por teléfono no es amigable si no hablas inglés. Pides hablar español porque no hablas inglés y de manera hostil te dice “no español” y no te da opción.de traductor aunque le dices que es emergencia.. Eso me obliga a cambiar de médico por la mala atención telefónica. En todas las consultorios médicos tienen servicio de traductor si no hablas inglés y son amables con el paciente..
