The main problem at this place is lack of communication. For example that first I was told i could ask my yellowing could be cleaned off when I got my teeth cleaned. At end visit I was told it. Was permanent. Or, that know one told me that my new gums would be thick but that they wouldn't cover the tops of my teeth. That was the point of coming! No. I would never recommend!
I found Dr. Herman and his staff to be very professional, friendly, compassionate and competent.
Very unprofessional staff. No regard for how nervous patients feel. Very rude.
