My husband was scheduled for an upper GI & colonoscopy. We were supposed to be there by 10:15 am. We were there before hand and was taken right back. The nurses and staff were wonderful. However, we waited for nearly two hours to be taken back for the procedure. The doctor was kind, however no excuse for being made to wait two hours. The surgeon makes his schedule so no excuse for this kind of treatment. We both could have worked a half day and gotten paid, unlike the surgeon who only works 4 days a week.
