Everyone there is very efficient and friendly, and I receive great medical care. Usually a 15 to 20 minute wait.
I started going to your facility a year ago. I have had 4 PA's, the people that work in the office are very rude. My perscriptions never get called in, have to call in repeatedly, with no return call. We always arrive early having to wait quite a while. Come in today less than 15 minutes late, because of road construction on Nova. The place was obviously over booked, no place to sit, the lady at the window looked out the window and said aloud God Damn. They said we would have to come back at 4:0
