I can not say enough wonderful things about Polin Neurosurgery. Their staff is fantastic- dealing with our insurance provider was crazy let alone Providence was behaving like a bully on the playground. His staff was able to schedule my surgery at the Mt Scott Surgery Center- which was first class all the way. Dr. Polin actually talks to you and explains everything in detail along with images. Good luck getting these people to answer their phone. Their phone system has been totally messed up for months and despite numerous complaints they refuse to get it fixed.
Dr. Polin messed up my husband's surgery and wont take the blame. He knows he messed up we have pictures to prove it but he doesn't want to fix it. Now my husband is looking at an early retirement because of this issue. MY HUSBAND IS ONLY 35YRS OLD. TO YOUNG FOR RETIREMENT! this surgery completely ruined our lives because he messed up
