Worst I have ever visited in my 50+ years of middle ear issues. Had middle ear infection and after several visits was told "I just have to deal with it". Visited a different ENT who cleared the problem in 4 days.
I wish everyone could read this before having to see him. Sorry I wasted his time. That’s what he made me feel, wish I didn’t have Kaiser and had my own doctors again. I thanked him for his time and walked out. Horrible experience
Refused to treat broken nose when seen within 48 hours of occurrence. Claimed my problem was deviated septum (which had never been noticed before), and that my nose was bent to the left, when in fact it was bent to the right. I felt that he was making fun of me, rather than addressing my concerns.
