great staff and nice facility. The only thing I would change is that the waiting area between Technician visit and DR visit has chairs 3 feet apart from each other and at one point there were 4 of us in that little area.
I felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Loushin and will see him again.

after 5 visits he did the procedure on the last visit which could have been done in 2nd or 3rd visit. He prescribed medication for a years worth of supply. Avoid him.
After a routine exam, I asked him what to do about dry eye which was causing me a great deal of discomfort. Without turning around from his computer, he said, "That's a tough one". Got up, walked out.
I had double strabismus surgery with Dr Richard Freeman on Wed (Valentines Day) and it went amazing. Dr Freeman was fantastic and one of the finest Dr's I have met in a long time. He was kind, informative, helpful and the procedure went great. Also very importantly he was kind and informative to my wife and father in-law who I brought with me. I am able to see clearly now and drive and it hasnt even been 48 hours since the surgery was completed. He did both horizontal and vertical correction.
Very unprofessional. Waited over an hour for a 2 min appointment . Hardly glanced at eye. Asked no questions. Became defensive and rude when we asked for more information. Also, the above photo cannot possibly be the same disheveled person we interacted with.
