Great dr. Professional takes his time listens excellent service..
Well after 1 month of trying to see the doctor, i moved on. The office is incredibly unhelpful. The receptionist on 9.8.25 was smug and could not help me. They talk about not having doctors notes and spend 2 weeks not calling the doctor again. You cant speak to that division and i have NEVER dealt with an office like this. The doctor may be good, but its also a business that requires running a proper office. This was not that. Horrific.
I’ve been with Dr Roseff for many years. Extremely competent and caring. He’s always been there when needed. Highly recommend.
I needed to change rheumatologist because of personal reasons I submitted my history record to this doctor as it was advertised he accepted new patients. He had his secretary call me saying his recommendation was that I remain with the physician I was trying to leave. He said he knew her and felt I. Was on right treatment plan. Never talked to me to ask why I wanted to move. I have never encountered this type of rejection and found this unprofessional
