Dr.Hammoud has a great bedside manner and listens attentively. Definitely my go to for healthcare needs I was so pleased with the service I received from the staff,they go above and beyond to help me and make me confortable.The overall experience exceeded my expectations.Its a welcoming and comforting environment.The customer service was outstanding overall.
My encounters with this office have been deeply troubling. The practice itself is disorganized, with consistently delayed appointments and a noticeable disregard for punctuality or patient time. More concerning, however, is the conduct of Dr. Hammoud himself. Outside of the professional setting, I have personally observed him make derogatory and offensive remarks that reflect extremely poor judgment and a lack of respect for others. We visited this office and Dr. Richard Hammoud have seen my mother and I gave him all the list of her medication and she is 70 years old. She’s diabetic and she needs medication and all that was on April 2025 now when I called the office, the receptionist, the nurse, whoever says we will not do any refill for her medication even though she needs them immediately And their answer is come to the office again what’s the purpose I already visited she already showed you the list of her medication and you did bloodwork
