This doctor willingly gave me medication he knew I was allergic to and the hospital has the information in my medical record yet he don't have it listed in my medical record from his office he purposely left information not only provided to himself and his staff out of my records he disregarded my allergic reaction. Dr puschinsky saw and treated my husband. He is so thorough and explains things so that you understand everything. If you need a urologist, he is the best!!!
