Dr. Frey always spends as much time as a patient needs.He is very professional and answers all my questions. He always lets his patient know the results of tests in a quick manner. He is simply the best.

Just tried to schedule an appointment, the receptionist cut me off and was EXTREMELY rude.
Dr. Frey was over three hours late in responding to an urgent call to his answering service on a Friday afternoon. When he did call, he stated that he forgot to turn his pager on and was quite rude. Furthermore, he advised me to discontinue taking a medication that was prescribe by a neurologist outside of his office. Fortunately, I did not take his advise because the neurologist informed me a few days later when I was able to get an appointment with him that if I had done so, it may have caused me to have seizures as a side... read more
