Dr. DeGaetano, leaving this in the hopes you, or your staff, sees it. I attempted to make a new patient appointment and was told you were booked until 2/2025, and your RNP's further. I suppose that could be true, but, given all of the negative things I have heard about Cleveland Clinic since moving to Stuart, I thought I would let you know in case it was not. Separately, if you are able to provide feedback to Cleveland Clinic, there centralized appointment system leaves something to be desired.
