After several phone calls& leaving messages for the pain I was experiencing no one has gotten back to me. I finally was connected to someone & was given several excuses why no one has returned my calls. ( short staff, cancellations, doctor wasn't available, weather conditions , didn't get the messages) I finally spoke to someone after waiting over 3 hours. They weren't able to schedule a appointment until tomorrow because they didn't know if the doctor was coming back to the office.
