I am writing this review due to repeated unprofessional behavior from the nursing staff. On many occasions, the nurse was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to both me and my son, who is also a patient of the practice. Reasonable questions—including follow-up on a prescription that had not been called in—were met with attitude rather than assistance or explanation. This was not an isolated incident. He's a great primary care physician. How's this for unique? Returns calls, follows up with ill patients, does tele medicine, great friendly staff and he will listen and talk with patients. He and his staff keep their appointment time commitments. Very competent physician. I have recommended others to him.

I don't normally rate Dr offices, I wanted to give a shout out to Dr Richard and his staff. They are very nice. Fast to respond and super helpful. This office will be my primary for years to come. Thank you all.

Dr.Mattison and his staff are so professional and treat you like family. From the moment you check in the front desk and leave the office. The health portal is amazing, updated with your lab results asap. Dr.Mattison Thank You for all you have done for our family and your team is caring and respond so quickl.
