He and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I lost my eye doctor I had for over 20yrs due to loosing my insurance. He is very kind and funny. Thank you and I hope others will come to know you.
Person answering phone was pleasant enough. I explained I was calling because I thought I may have a retinal tear. Most eye doctors consider this an emergency. She immediately asked what insurance I had. When I said I had Blue Cross Blue Shield and Eye Med she said they didn't take my insurance and are waiting for a new hire doctor that did accept my insurance. I could've paid cash for the appointment and asked for reimbursement from my insurance company but wasn't given that option. She just said sorry and hung up. I think ... read more
Great eye care office, very professional and clean. Richard always takes the time to explain what he’s doing. Definitely recommend!
Everybody was nice and friendly just as always I have been getting my glasses and I exams at Visionworks for a long time and never had a problem I have broke a pair here and there and I get help right away to repair my glasses or a very fast service I’m getting me new ones no problems and I am a satisfied customer
