Dr Marques has been my PCP for 3 years. My first visit, was a walk in when I got severe reaction from poison ivy and couldn’t get in to see my dermatologist. Dr Marques took me as a walk in even though I was not a patient!! After that visit I signed up immediately! He does take walk ins in the morning, so the mornings get very, very busy. Dr. Marques was very thorough and kind dealing w/ my husband’s 1/2 a century of smoking and the toll it has taken on his health. His staff was also very thorough and patient and explained everything that needed to be done in detail.
From the wonderful Raquel at the desk … to all the great friendly helpful staff .. dr. Marques, handles all of my medical issues, swift efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely wonderful doctor
Don't be put off by the Walk In Clinic. I He schedules appointments too. He has been my Primary doctor for 3 years. He is both attentive and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain things. Alerts ne to necessary tests, screenings and procedures, such as namograms and Colonoscopies. He reviews results with me. I am most confident having him oversee all my health concerns.
Horrible stuff, very unprofessional, rude, laugh at you in your face, the front lady is the worst when you walk in rolls her eyes like she saw he worst enemy. Very uncomfortable.
Nice doctor but they are extremely busy and overbook too many appointments. Waited an hour to be seen although I had an appointment since they were so booked up. Refills are still hand written, and my pharmacies have a difficult time getting a hold of anyone to authorize refills. Call them to request authorization and they don't call the pharmacy back or follow up. Can't get emergency medication refills without a doctor's visit. My fiance has been a patient for over a decade but recent experiences have led us to search for more adequate and responsible care. We have dealt with a lady who works there who is named Raquel. This woman is an absolutely arrogant bully who has an utter disdain for patients who put there health in the hands of the clinic.
