I can see like an eagle! Dr. Stewart is exceptional. The best there is in all Colorado, very skilled! I am so glad to have found him. I chose a lens that corrected that astigmatism. Very happy with the outcome. From Irene C.
This review is long overdue (had cataract surgery on one eye in 2015) but I thought it would be worth mentioning that six years later, I still have perfect vision in the eye that Dr. Stewart worked on. He replaced my cataract lens with one that corrected by astigmatism. I had no complications from the surgery aside from some temporary floaters, and had a great experience with Dr Stewart. Professional, competent, friendly. I trust my eyesight to Dr. Stewart including surgery and medical conditions.
I went to Dr. Stewart for help with cataracts in both eyes, in which I had had radial keratotomy years prior. It was difficult to get measurements on my eyes in the first exam and he took the time to get me in later in that same day to try again, which was successful. Since a visit to his office was a 12 hour round trip and required an overnight stay and respite care for an elderly brother, I asked him if it was possible to do the surgery on both eyes at once and although not the norm, that's what we did.
