My friend had an appointment today to see this “doctor”. He charged them $800 in cash for orthotics forcing her to put a down payment of $75 in cash. My friend is telling him they cannot afford the orthotics and no longer wants them. Instead of giving them their money back he’s not listening and is making it difficult for them to opt out of the orthotics. Your patients should have a choice and he doesn’t give that to them. Never seen a more desperate doctor. The guys uses Zocdoc to find customers. Literally looks at your foot for 30 seconds then tries to sell you foot insoles for inflated prices. What a scam. Then tells you that he dosen’t take cc, only cash. Very persistent and when you kindly decline keeps harassing you on the phone. He should of been a salesman at the car dealership not a doctor. Never again!
