I've been going to Dr. Scher for over 4 years for a chronic cancer diagnosis. I've found him to be very personable, caring and intelligent. He's also quite witty. He has frequently consulted with another oncologist at the NJ Cancer Institute in New Brunswick for me. His willingness to do this, saves me the time, money and energy of having to run up to NB, for which I am very thankful! On Thursday January 26th I was hospitalized at Riverview medical center in RedBank in the Emergency room. I was having difficulty breathing nausea and dizzy.i was discharged around 330pm. With a diagnosis of low hemoglobin(8.7). ER Dr. Felt this could be treated as an outpatient. My wife proceeded to schedule an appointment with Dr. scher's office .
