Showed for my dental cleaning today only to find out that they are permanently closed . Did not receive any prior notification but can’t say I’m surprised.
Down hill for sure!! 1. They treat you like you on public assistance & yet they dont take Medicaid. 2. Bad customer service @ the desk. Unorganized. Cant keep appointments and services consistent. 3. After all the money I have spent there, they charge extra just for your records. They said I had 12 cavities!!!! I went to two dentists after that who said I did not have ANY. As a cash paying customer, I expect more!!
Dr. Lipscomb is a great Dentist. Very gentle and a great bedside manner

Don’t schedule here if you can’t turn in the paperwork within 24 hours because then you can’t be seen here EVER. No matter if life happens, either turn it in or you can’t be treated.
