Dr. Kim is a great urologist! He takes time answering all your questions and is very informative.
My experience with Dr. Kim was very good. He was very informative about the condition that I was in and very detailed in the next steps.
Dr. Kim has been an excellent doctor. He is very patient and courteous. I have been a patient for years and have received great care. I agree with the last posting regarding the NEW staff. They are very unprofessional,discourteous and just plain rude. I have been trying to contact the doctor for 3 weeks and still have not received a return call. The last person that posted on June 24,2017 must have experienced approximately the same behavior I received at that time.Coincidence ??? NO.
Dr Kim is an amazing urologist. Absolutely love his demeanor, takes time to explain everything thoroughly. He is the best in Houston. He is so passionate about his patients, and takes extra time to make sure that every question is answered. Best doc I've ever had! HOWEVER, his office staff is incredibly rude. They are not punctual at all. Worst customer service I've ever had in Houston. My advice, hire a new team Dr. Kim! Don't need them dragging your office reputation down.
Fabulous Doctor! He patiently listens to your concerns and replies in an understandable manner. He makes you feel comfortable and is caring, attentive and professional. He is a highly skilled surgeon. He returns calls promptly and won't leave you wondering. He is thorough and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. Kim Urologist.

My father is a patient of Dr. Kim. After an unfavorable incident on last week, we were contacted immediately and the situation was apologized for and rectified. Mistakes can happen. We are grateful for the immediate response and correction.
Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to Dr. Kim!!! Dr. Kim provided excellent care to me after I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He performed the Prostatectomy. I am now Cancer free. Dr. Kim visited me regularly during my hospital stay and explained everything concerning my condition in layman terms. Dr. Kim is a Phenomenal surgeon, whom I would recommend to anyone!!!! Thank you Dr. Kim!!!!! You saved my life!!!!! Johnnie Whaley
Doctor Kim is incredibly rude. He doesn't have time to spend a few minutes with his patients. Also seemed very uninformed after consulting with another urologist.
