It took a week to schedule imaging. The Bradenton office said they did not receive my doctors order. My doctor, Dr Brian Carlson faxed this order 3 Times! When I was getting the image my husband heard another patient expressing the same difficulty. Yesterday I attempted to schedule another image which was filled out on your order form and was told by the same Bradenton office that they needed the diagnostic codes.
