Dr. Lukose is the best! Personable, knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. I have been his patient for about three years. He has my chronic migraines under control.
Horrible service , no return of phone call , no prior authorization , no help even in desperate need. My chart massage not seen or answered .
😞 He GASLIGHTED, INVALIDATED, & was INDIFFERENT! He expected to see my daughter's symptoms in-office. Discounted any and all of her issues and concerns - even those her PCP and Cardiologist (both of which are in the same health network as Lukose) told her to discuss. Told her she was fine and didn't see that she had any issues. Also, told her not to refer to any of her notes even though she explained that she has memory problems so she forgot to discuss other relevant information.
