Highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr Richard Le was able to address my concerns with a level of expertise that immediately put me at ease. The staff is efficient, the office is clean, and the care is top-notch. If you’re looking for a doctor who is thorough and effective, look no further.
Worst Dr ever. This Dr. Le would not even listen to anything that I had to say, I was there to establish care on my first visit, I have a lot of health issue's, I was there from start to finish 4 hours, and we got nothing accomplished. When I tried to go over some of my medical issues and how long I have had them he actually said to me that it was all in my head. I had to wait for over an hour and when I go ask the nurses and receptionist to kindly remind the doctor, the receptionist Named Anna, straight up tell that it’s not their problem so either I wait or leave. Horrible behavior and completely unprofessional.
I am writing this to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the level of service my mother and I received during our recent visit to your establishment.
