Worst Dr ever. This Dr. Le would not even listen to anything that I had to say, I was there to establish care on my first visit, I have a lot of health issue's, I was there from start to finish 4 hours, and we got nothing accomplished. When I tried to go over some of my medical issues and how long I have had them he actually said to me that it was all in my head. I had to wait for over an hour and when I go ask the nurses and receptionist to kindly remind the doctor, the receptionist Named Anna, straight up tell that it’s not their problem so either I wait or leave. Horrible behavior and completely unprofessional.
I am writing this to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the level of service my mother and I received during our recent visit to your establishment. We had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, expecting a professional and timely experience. Dr. Richard was exceptionally professional. He took his time to thoroughly examine me, conducted a full check-up, and explained everything in detail with great patience. I haven’t experienced this level of care in a long time. His team was incredibly polite and professional, making me feel truly welcomed. The doctor’s assistant asked questions in such a kind and respectful manner. Everyone at this clinic is highly trained and knowledgeable. Thank you all for the outstanding service!
