I have been visiting for some weeks now and at first this was hard for me. I got bad social anxiety, and I really try to stay away from all social gatherings, and first of all I wanna say they did a good job to make sure even my social anxieties went away! This is the most unprofessional unproductive office I’ve ever dealt with. They NEVER answer their phones, you never know when or if your refills will be called in, and when confronting the nurse or staff they are rude and disrespectful. Dr Snailgrove says one yhing but does another and fyi their billing department is an individual whom lives an hour and a half away. I spoke with her and she said she’s not been in his office in over 9 months so his billing is done in the home of an individual, let’s think about hippa policies... read more
Outstanding care! Dr. Snellgrove has been my parents' physician for many years. We will always be grateful for his compassion and expertise. He really listens and is deeply committed to his patients.
Being married to a man with Cystic Firbosis and spending 6 months out of a year for over 10 years along with a sick child and my own health issues I have met and spent time with many many doctors. I can not put into words how amazing Dr Snellgrove is. He is so down to earth, brilliant, spends all the time needed to explain everything in detail and in terms that I can understand.
