On behalf of my friend and neighbor Wanda E.: "Barnes was probably one of the worst doctors I've ever been to. He didn't look like a doctor or act like a doctor. His exam room was a total disaster. The chair I sat in was torn up and stuck together with masking tape. When I went to stand up I got stuck to the chair! Went for my ear and my throat... due to not being able to really hear out of my left ear and my throat throbbing in pain and is swollen... he LITERALLY looked at both in TWO SECONDS said they are fine, sent me to do the hearing test said my left ear is a little off. Said to take Flonase and to come back in a month. I've been doing that it's not helping. He didn't even let me explain what's going on. He would ask a question and not let me answer it. He's very rude and doesn't really care about the patient.
