To whom it may concern: I Alice Carter went into The Green Menmorial hospital in the Er today 9-15-2019 I was very I pressed with the we receptionist and I was seen by Dr Richard Smith he made me feel very comfortable he seen me quickly was very concerned got blood work done and .
