The doctor was very thorough with me and very knowledgeable about my condition
I love the fact that my waiting times, out in the lobby as well in the treatment room are very minimal. A shout out to your scheduling dept as well. …Dr. Gaines was very engaged with me and listen carefully to my concerns. Encouraged me to continue taking g the OTC meds as they are proving me the relief I need. Encouraged me to speak with my Primary Doc regarding a particular anti-inflammatory prescription.
Just okay - nobody really impressed me, or was the least bit friendly, except the girl who walked me to x-rays. No warmth between employees, either. New patient, so TBD.
Doctor games have been my orthopedic surgeon for many years his staff is exceptional and knowledgeable I would recommend him
