Dr. Richard Capling saw my elderly, frail mother at OPRMC 6/2025. Initially, he declined to order home health physical therapy despite her weakness, only agreeing after my sister advocated through nursing staff. So far. 7years of being with Dr. Capling. I couldn't recommend him enough a nephrologist.
Horrible experience. Would not contact primary care provider nor provide daily prescribed meds when admitted. Will be making a formal complaint with Hospital.
