Always kind and compassionate but tells really dumb jokes.
Dr. Wilcon is ok at best. I have been seeing him for more than 10 years. If there were other Dr's in the area I would have left. What's even worse is his head Nurse(Karen). She basically yells at you for their mistakes. She talks over you and is very unprofessional. I don't like leaving a negative review but I speak the truth.
Where Dr. Wilcon is incredible, his nursing staff (specifically Karen) is an absolute joke! She tells patients they can’t make their own appointments and cancels them when the patient does make one. She refused to let my husband see him for a medication review and refused to let him see him prior to his next appointment (August). She is an absolute horror to deal with and when you meet her she smells like coffee and cigarettes. Not how a nursing staff personnel should present themselves.
Poor communicator and places medical decisions on family that already has too much to worry about…
