The staff are professional caring and so helpful . Every Dr there is amazing so if your Dr is on vacation don’t worry no matter who is on call they are all the best of the best. I have gone here for 10 years and never had a bad experience. I am sad to say I will be transferring my care to the West Coast of Florida and hope I can find Drs. Over there as good as these have been. Trusting your life in some ones hands when you have colon cancer is so scary but the entire staff walked me through that process. I recently had to consult a professional because of an ongoing digestive problem. After much research, I chose the Center for Digestive Disease in Altamonte Springs and glad I did. I met with Dr. Reddy at the facility who explained any possible underlying causes for my problem. Tests were done to identify the exact cause and I was much relieved for it. Great bedside, great at explaining and taking time answering questions. Very clean facility and staff have always been very polite .
This office is a nightmare. No one answers the phone, always voice mail and the calls are not returned. I have tried 5 times to re-schedule an appointment. Will take our business elsewhere.
