After roughly 10 years with this dental office, we discovered that when it came to billing for Medicare patients, their office manager Michelle Hazelton was completely incompetent. She improperly followed the proper procedure for billing the insurance company which left us in debt to the good doctor in the amount of $1852.00 which he promptly turned over to collections.
