Edwardo is the best! He truly cares about his patients well being . He takes the time to listen and understand any concerns. I truly appreciate him. I would recommend him a thousand percent! His nurse is also wonderful! Not sure her name but she’s a young lady and is always kind and patient.
Understandable why their Medicare scores are low. They dont call and tell you when you need a script immediately. Instead leave 85 yr old women to go nearly septic because its the holidays and they are busy. Is the staff even college trained to be medical assistants? If you dont do you job by end of day it can be life threatening. Would have said all this to office manager but they dont ever answer the phone. Medicare standards are there for a reason.
