It has been a stressful week. We were in ER Friday after a cbc showed a critically low white count. The nurses were nice; the doctor was adequate in his work but unimpressive in his manner. He reminded me of a wet dishrag. Then we met w/ a hematologist/oncologist the next week. He was professional, but had the "bedside" manner of a McDonald's drive-up window clerk.
