I am upset that i didnt hear from Dr Levy or the staff that he was retiring! Dr Gardner was my original Dr and Dr Levy was new! I loved them both! Please let Dr Levy know that I appreciate him as a Dr and a friend! Over 30 years! Enjoy your retirement!
Substance test preformed unknowingly and charged high fee for. Admitted only "some" are tested and it came back clear but charged for anyways after told them did not do them.
