I just called their office to make an appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude. Going somewhere else strictly because of my encounter with her. Hoping she was just having a bad day and isn't normally that intolerable in her day-to-day life.
Dr. Kempert's office manager is terribly disrespectful. I've managed multiple radiology facilities and I am appalled how she talks to patients.
Dr. Kempert is the best primary care physician I have ever visited! The office Staff and service is excellent.
I had to leave Dr. Kempert's practice several years ago due to job loss. I have read all of the comments about him and couldn't agree more. He stood by me every day for several years thru an eating disorder. I don't think Dr. Kempert ever realized how much his dedication, concern and care meant to me. He was always there supporting me and never judging me. I have yet to find a doctor as compassionate and thoughtful. Dr. K you are the best! Miss you!
