We have been seeing Dr. Hedlund for over 20 years and would never consider switching, even though we no longer live in Dunwoody. Dr. Hedlund and his staff deliver top notch service and patient care is their top priority. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were able to make adjacent appts. today. Always a great experience for both of us. Friendly & efficient office staff too!
BEWARE! When I called to make my first appt., I asked, "Do you accept Dental Dental?" The woman responded, "yes". According to my policy, my plan, should have covered 100% of the cost, but when I received my EOB, it only covered 80%. I called the office to investigate and the woman who answered the phone was the same woman who scheduled that first appt. and she said, "We accept and file it but we are not in network".
