BEWARE! When I called to make my first appt., I asked, "Do you accept Dental Dental?" The woman responded, "yes". According to my policy, my plan, should have covered 100% of the cost, but when I received my EOB, it only covered 80%. I called the office to investigate and the woman who answered the phone was the same woman who scheduled that first appt. and she said, "We accept and file it but we are not in network". Dr. Hedlund was great! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but after my visit I won’t hesitate to go back again.
He has been our dentist for over a decade. Great dentist, staff and work. We now take our kids there too. Would recommend.
I love Dr. Hedlunds office! The staff is skilled and friendly and it’s always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
