Abrasive and unprofessional
I was a patient for 4 years at this clinic and only saw the dentist once. I went for cleanings 2X a year and requested the dentist check my teeth. Each time he was busy with other patients. I have found another dentist. The staff and hygienist were great but one expects to see a dentist when one goes to an appointment. They were unconcerned when I brought these concerns to their attention.
Struggling with a painful dental problem and very worries about the dreaded RCW. However drugs, appointments and treatment were promptly sorted, at short notice. And I can (should?) put away any worries about having this sort of dental work done again. Amazing dental treatment, with respect and care. Thank you.
