This Dental practice is rude. The staff are some of the most uncooperative paid employees I have ever run into. The dentist was a decent man, but his staff had an attitude from the moment I asked to work on the dental problems covered by my insurance first. I know that their there for the money but what ever happened to customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this practice due to their customer service. Life is way to short to be so uptight.

I am a dentist in the Pittsburgh area. When I need any dental work done I go to Dr. Michael Hansen. I have had extensive conversations with Mike regarding dental materials, technologies, and techniques in the dental field. I believe that he is performing dental work at the highest level possible and would recommend him to anyone in the area. I cannot think of a better recommendation of that than one from a dentist.
