Dr Hanley performed a partial knee replacement and two hip replacements to remedy my arthritic joints. I recovered so quickly from each of these surgeries! He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and welcomes questions. I wouldn’t trust my joints to anyone else.
I have to share the great experience I had with Dr Hanly and his staff. The lovely practice manager Sally was so helpful dealing with my multiple phone calls and imaging referrals and I was seen the same day. Dr Hanly’s bedside manager made me feel so comfortable and at ease and he explained and educated my injury to me very thoroughly. He was very prompt, professional and friendly. Highly recommend and thank you again.
I’m genuinely grateful for the help and time Dr Richard has shown me during the interactions I have had with him. In a busy world where time is valuable, I felt valued as a customer rather than someone paying an invoice. Refreshing to say the least. He listened carefully to me, explored my expectations and needs and provided me all options with regard to management and surgery in a highly professional, caring and patient centred way.
