Dr Haddad provided my brother with excellent care during his cancer journey. He treated him like a person as well as a patient. I can’t speak highly enough of his compassion and care.
I have used Dr Haddad on 5 or more occasions and each time, I have felt very comfortable and confident in his hands. From my first time I walked in the door, the office staff have been very friendly and supportive. I can’t fault Dr Haddad and his team. 5 plus stars!!
Haddad saw my father-in-law but did not give sufficient time in the appointment to discuss his health issues and concerns thoroughly. His receptionist called me on the day of the appointment to arrive 2 hours earlier but I couldn’t as I had to drop my kid to school and attend a work training. How unreasonable is for the receptionist to call me on the day of the appointment and expect to be at the appointment 2 hours earlier! Dr Richard Haddad made my dad's life hell! His timid approach of not aggressively treating dad made him suffer for 2 years. My dad is a fragile man with several physical and mental health issues. He was 79 years old at the time and continued to have recurrent UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections), which is not very common in males. Every time dad had UTI, his physical health would significantly deteriorate and the only thing Dr Haddad would offer him was an antibiotic.
