Poor office Customer Service Staff. I call in and they say they have "availability", theres only 1 person in line but she starts helping people that are in the room , except me who (should be next) She starts helping people on the phone as I just stand there looking at her. Once I say" Is there something I should sign she finally starts assisting me. Then she has a snarky attitude about it. To me, when people are at the front desk they should be the nicest people around.
