Dr. Roetzheim has literally been a life saver for me. He is the first doctor who has ever actually done research and searched to find out what was wrong with me, instead of giving me a bunch of meds and sending me on my way. I would have -literally- died 3 times over if not for Dr. Roetzheim and his diligence. I can't even put into words how much I love this doctor.
Staff nurse ever get prescriptions correct -- Does not call in prescriptions correctly - leaves a prescription out when calling -- needs a better staff to have a perfect practice
I really like and respect Dr. Roetzheim. He is kind, has concern for his patients and very knowledgeable. Getting through the USF system, waiting days for a return call even a pharmacy can't get a timely call back is just too much. I have had other providers send medical records in and they fall in a dark hole no one knows anything about those records. Recently Tower mailed and faxed x-ray reports. They can't find them. Outstanding bedside manner and has a genuine concern for patients. Personally responds to messages left in a very timely basis. Very kind and I always feel (emotionally) better after visiting with him as he has a very uplifting personality but is yet by no means overbearing.
While Dr Roetzheim himself is very knowledgeable and professional and I like him a lot, I am looking for a new Dr. because his staff is the complete opposite. I have to wait days and sometimes a week to get an RX renewed even when my pharmacy contacts them. They are rude and I have talked to Dr. Roetzheim about it and he can do nothing. I will not go back to him.
I have Avmed which is not listed. Dr Roetzheim sets down and listens to you. He very concerned over your overall health. He is truly the best doctor I have ever had in my 64 years on this earth. He personally has called my house with information and I was very impressed.
