Awesome staff!!
I've been going to White Wilson to see Dr. Freier for approximately a year now. I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful and Dr. Freier has always been very attentive and caring. The facility is also always very clean. I've recommended him/them to my friends and family and I would highly recommend to you too!
This review is more about office management than doctor. The phones never seem to be working properly, very hard to schedule or cancel an appt. Made an appt with doctor and showed up to check in and they told me Appt was 2 weeks out and that instead I had an immediate care appt. This was clearly not the case since after scheduling appt with doc they asked if I wanted to be transferred to immediate care to be seen prior to since it was a more urgent matter, to which I replied, “no thanks I will call back if I need to be seen ... read more
