Dr Vasicek is wonderful. I love not having to get appt and always seen in reasonable time. Most of all he has saved our middle sons life twice, back in 2009 when he had serious heart condition that was overlooked by doctor the family had been going to for years. Dr V ordered text, referred us to Cleveland Heart where we spent 2 1/2 weeks for open heart surgery. Dr repeatedly checked on us bc of his concern and passion for what he does. Dr.Vasicek has seen my family and been wonderful. He listens and really cares. My two sons only want to be seen by Dr. Vasicek. His entire staff is professional and efficient. His office is clean.
This has been my daughter's primary care physician for many years. The past few times we've gotten in pretty quickly. All the doctors here are great, well the ones we've seen, and it's usually a different doctor every time. We are asked if we have a preference on who we see though, which I usually don't. Staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant to speak with. The office, bathroom and exam rooms are always very clean. We haven't had an issue yet.
