Dr. Ranchoff is very patient and kind. He is not judgmental or preachy. I have skin picking disorder which is very stigmatized and I was hesitant to share. Dr. Ranchoff was so kind and understanding about skin picking. He listened to what I had to share and told me, you are already steps ahead of most people because you admit that you do skin pick and most people will try to lie/hide it from me. So you are on the right track! He is always upbeat, positive and friendly.
He is excellent. I have been a patient for over 25 years. He diagnosed my skin cancer twice in very early stages so that the damage was minimized. He quickly followed through arranging the appropriate surgeons etc. so that I had the best possible care for my cancer surgeries. He has always been available for needed unscheduled office visits - coming in at 7AM to see you the next day, etc..
i was a 20 year patient but when i called for an appointment for a problem, i was told that i would have to wait 6 weeks. went to another dermatology md.
Knows his stuff. Super efficient. Removes moles and skin tags without any effort.
