I called to establish a primary care for having two herniated discs in my lower back and the receptionist lady was extremely rude, she was no help, she mocked me when I told her what insurance we had ... I just hung up and called konza health , they managed to be professional and get me a doctor to see .... The lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. My husband has been there before and was trying to establish care with my dad, and she basically said she did not want us there. I am telling my husband to find another doctor because I will not be walking into a doctor's office where I am disrespected.
My husband and I have been patients of his for over 10 years or more. His staff are friendly, know their jobs very well. He is the best doctor in Junction City, Kansas. He has his own office.
The people there are friendly I've never had to wait to be seen for an appointment
