Carelessly run office reflects badly on the medical care offered by the doctor. The employees at the various locations do not communicate with each other causing immense aggravation. To discuss the possibility of scheduling a sleep study recommended by my husband’s neurologist, I was clearly told by a staff member that it was not necessary to bring my husband (the patient) due to his obvious mobility challenges. Excellent pulmonary physician , knowledgeable and direct
Completely unprofessional office. Scheduled an appointment 2 months out. The day before the appointment they call to cancel. The best they can do is reschedule another 2 months out. Avoid this place if you can find a better option.
Dr. Friedenheim saved my mother's life. Mom is over 10 years lung cancer free and he has been there for her every step of the way.
